Using a project based learning (PBL) approach to learning you will find that teaching your content flows naturally, more richly, and allows for the real world, authentic experiences that are natural part of career and technical education, a global workforce, and the real world in which we all live. PBL allows the teacher to take ideas, pose problems, and/or scenarios and challenge students to dig deep; develop real world, authentic employability skills, and think creatively, while maintaining the fidelity of your CTE and other content. Are you using PBL effectively in your CTE classroom?
